【摘要】 目的探讨心脏远程监护仪iHolter在手术监护中的应用价值。方法87例手术患者均按照常规方法行12导联心电图检查,然后随身佩带心脏远程监护仪iHolter,采用自动报警、有声模式,同时嘱用户若不适可随时发送心电图。结果自动报警发送心电图最多11条,最少0条,共235条。其中ST-T段改变148条,室性早搏26条,房性早搏34条,心房纤颤6条,窦性心动过速17条,窦性心动过缓4条。对1例明显ST-T段改变患者、1例频发室性早搏患者和1例快心室率型心房颤动患者,接受自动报警发送的心电图后,即刻建议暂缓手术。结论将心脏远程监护仪iHolter应用于手术监护,具有较高的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application of cardiac remote monitoring apparatus in surgical wardship.Methods 87 cases of accepting surgery were adorned with cardiac remote monitoring apparatus using the mode of automatically and vocally warning.When the patients felt discomfortable,they could use the mode of manually recording.Results 235 records of electrocardiogram of automatically warning were observed,thereinto 148 records were ST-T changes,26 records were ventricular premature beats,and so on.The advice was given immediately for some patients with obvious electrocardiogram abnormity.Conclusion It had upper applied significance using cardiac remote monitoring apparatus in surgical wardship.更多还原
