【摘要】 目的建立前列安胶囊中橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定前列安胶囊中橙皮苷的含量。KromasilC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;甲醇-醋酸-水(35∶4∶61)为流动相;检测波长为283nm;流速为1.0ml/min。结果橙皮苷在78.36～391.80ng范围内呈现良好的线性关系;回收率为98.59%,RSD为1.04%(N=6)。结论该方法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于前列安胶囊的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the method for mensurate hesperidin content in Qianliean Capsule. Methods Separation was performed on a Kromasil C18 (4.6×250 mm,5μm) column.The mobile phase consist of methanol-acetate-water (35:4:61). The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The UV detection was set at 283nm. Results Hesperidin had a good linear relation in the range of 78.36~391.80ng. The average recovery of Hesperidin was 98.14% with RSD 1.17%(n=6). Conclusion The method was simple and Convenient,sensitive and rapid and it can be applied to qualty control ation of Qianliean Capsule.更多还原
