【摘要】 目的观察应用白扁带系双套结固定胃管的效果。方法将225例留置胃管的患者随即分为两组,对照组107例,采用常规的胶布粘贴固定胃管;观察组118例,采用保边带系双套结固定胃管。比较两组的胃管脱出率和皮肤刺激发生率。结果在留置胃管的10d内,观察组的胃管脱出率、皮肤刺激率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论应用白扁带系双套结固定胃管的方法比常规方法优越。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of the gastric tube fixation by two band-cuffs.Methods 225 cases with gastric tube according to random sampling were divided into two groups,the control group were fixed by ashesive tape with 107 cases,and the experimental group with 107 cases,which were fixed by 2 band-cuffs.The rates of the reintubations and skin stimulus were compared after the fixed of gastric tube.Results The rate of the reintubations and skin stimulus of the experimental group was obviously lower than the control group after the gastric tube used in 10 days.Conclusion The method of the gastric tube fixation by two band-cuffs was better than traditional routine.更多还原
