【摘要】 目的讨论健康教育对抑郁症患者生活质量的影响。方法用入院顺序分层随机法,将80例抑郁症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,对研究组进行个体化健康教育,在治疗前和治疗后1、3、6、12月末,用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、总体疗效量表(CGI)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。WHOQ0L-BREF量表衡量患者的生活质量。分析量表中各领域的计分。结果经过12个月治疗,研究组对照组相比两组患者生活质量较治疗前均有显著改善(P<0.01),在心理健康、社会关系和环境因素等三方面,研究组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论健康教育对抑郁症患者的生活质量有一定改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence on quality of life of healthy.Is divided into 80 majior depressive disorder disease sufferer random to study the ser and check against there search,carry on the healthy education of individualization towards studying the set,Effects and side effects were assessed with HANMD and CGI and TESS respectively,WHOQOL-BREF instruments were used to evaluate the parents quality of life before after drug administration,by means of analyzing the scores in every domains.before and after 1,3,6,12 months treatment.Analyze each realm in the quantity watch accounts a cent.Results 12 months after ereaunent,the scores of physical health,psychological health,social relationship,and environment study group in were 71.13±5.63,92.37±11.73,94.31±12.37,93.37±11.96,and the scores of physical health,psychological health,psychological health,social relationship,and environment in check against group were 68.31±9.37,78.12±10.34,78.65±11.85.and the scores of four domains in WHEQOL-BREF instruments had been improved significantly in to groups(P<0.01)in the damains of psychological health,social Relationship and Environment,study a set a better than matched control(P<0.01).Conclusion The healthy education has certain improvement to the majior depressive disorder quality of life.更多还原
