【Abstract】 During the process of establishing North America,many Puritans settled in the colony and brought their value with them at the same time. In their view,labor was the only means that God permit to survive,and also the method of salvation and the optimal existing way. Everyone including children should take part in the labor. If children didn’t work,he would develop a habit of laziness and even degenerate. The labor viewpoint of Puritanism,especially the idea that child must attend labor,provided a theoretical basis for the use of child labor by production sectors at that time.更多还原
