【摘要】 目的:观察白术挥发油对小鼠胃肠功能的影响。方法:以正常小鼠及用阿托品预处理小鼠进行肠推进试验和胃排空试验,观察白术挥发油25,50,100 mg.kg-1对胃肠运动功能的影响。结果:白术挥发油对正常小鼠和阿托品预处理的小鼠具有明显促进胃肠运动的作用。结论:白术挥发油能促进胃肠运动。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of essential oils of Atractylodes macrocephala koidz on gastrointestinal function of mice.Methods:The experiments of intestinal propelling and gastric emptying were carried out in normal mice and mice pretreated with atropine,the effects of essential oils of Atractylodes macrocephala koidz on gastrointestinal function were observed at the dosages of 25,50,100 mg/kg.Results:The essential oils had obviously promotion effects on enterokinesia and gastric emptying both in normal mice and the pretreated mice.Conclusions:The essential oils of Atractylodes macrocephala koidz can promote gastrointestinal function.更多还原
