【摘要】 目的:建立中药艾奇康胶囊中龙脑含量的测定方法。方法:以水杨酸甲酯作为内标,色谱柱为HP-5毛细管柱,FID检测器程序升温,高纯氦气作为载气,流速为1mL·min-1。结果:龙脑在0.244～3.476mg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,龙脑平均回收率为99.5%,RSD为2.5%。结论:此方法准确可靠,重复性好适于测定艾奇康胶囊中龙脑的含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop a GC method for determining the content of borneol in Aiqikang capsule. Methods: Using methyl salicylate as inter-standard, the content of borneol was assayed on a HP-5 capillary column with a FID detector,a temperature program and high pure helium as a carrier gas with the flow rate of 1 mL·min~ -1 . Results: The linear range of borneol was 0.244～3.476 mg·mL~ -1 . The average recovery of borneol was 99.5% with RSD of 2.5%. Conclusion: This method is accurate, reliable and reproducible. It can be used for controlling the quality of Aiqikang Capsule.更多还原
