安心颗粒对家兔实验性心肌损伤的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察安心颗粒对家兔实验性心肌损伤的影响。方法:58只家兔随机分为正常对照组、模型组、安心颗粒小(0.45 g.kg-1.d-1)、中(0.9 g.kg-1.d-1)、大(1.8 g.kg-1.d-1)剂量组、心得安组;第1~3 d各组预防性灌胃给药,第4~6 d灌胃给药后1 h静脉滴注异丙肾上腺素(20 mg.kg-1),1次/d,共3次,第7~9天灌胃给药并于末次灌胃给药后1h颈动脉放血处死动物,取心脏置于10%福尔马林溶液中固定用于病理学观察。于灌胃给药前、末次静脉滴注异丙肾上腺素后1.5 h,24 h及72 h自耳缘静脉采血测定乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)。结果:模型组LDH高于正常对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)安心颗粒大,中,小剂量组LDH含量显著低于模型组(P<0.01);模型组心肌病理分级高于正常对照组(P<0.01),各给药组分级均低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论:安心颗粒对家兔由异丙肾上腺素引起心肌损伤有保护作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the protective effects of Anxin Granules on the experimental myocardial injury in rabbits.Methods: Fifty-eight rabbits were randomly divided into 6 groups: the control group,the model group,Anxin Granules small(0.45 g·kg-1·d-1),middle(0.9 g·kg-1·d-1),big(1.8 g·kg-1·d-1)group and propranolol group.Each group was intragastric administration in the first three days,each group except the control group was drop with isoprenaline after one hour of intragastric administration in the middle three days,each group was intragastric administration in the last three days,the animals were sacrificed by bleeding from carotid artery at the end of the experiment.The blood was sampled from the ear artery.The lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) in the plasma were detected;then the heart were solidified,embedded,sectioned,stained with HE and graded pathologically.Result: The plasmatic activities of LDH in the model group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.01);the degree of myocardial pathological damage in the model group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),while the degree of damage in the protection group was lower than that in the model group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Anxin granules can protect myocardial injury in the rabbits.
