【摘要】 目的探讨应用腹腔镜行小儿腹股沟斜疝内环口关闭术的临床应用价值和并发症的防治方法。方法回顾分析60例11个月～12岁腹股沟斜疝患儿应用自行改制的手术器械实施经腹腔镜内环口关闭术的临床资料。结果60例手术时间5～8min,治愈59例,复发1例,平均住院日3～5d。结论应用该项技术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝,虽具有创伤小、手术时间短、副损伤小、恢复快、住院时间短、不留手术瘢痕等优越性,但仍存在一定并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of self-made instrument in laparoscopic surgery for indirect inguinal hernia on children. Methods The data of sixty patients with indirect ingunal hernia undergoing laparoscopic high ligation of hernial sac using self-made instrument were analyzed retrospectively. Results Fifty-nine cases were successful and 1 recurrence ocurred. The operating time was 5 to 8 min.The length of stay in hospital was 3 to 5 d. Conclusions Laparoscopic hernia repair with modified instruments have certain advantages such as minor damage, shorter operating time, less complications, quicker recovery, less cicatrix and shorter length of stay, but it still has some kind of complication.更多还原
