【摘要】 目的总结Gore平片在腹股沟疝无张力修补术中的临床应用。方法回顾性分析我院2004年5月至2008年5月413例使用Gore平片行腹股沟疝无张力疝修补手术的临床资料。结果本组随访3个月到2年,治愈410例,复发3例,复发率0.73%(3/413)。术后伤口感染2例,感染率0.48%(2/413)。术后疼痛2例,发生率0.48%(2/413)。术后异物感3例,发生率0.73%(3/413)。结论本方法具有适应证广,操作简便,复发率低,异物感轻,并发症少等优点,是安全有效的无张力疝修补法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To s■marize the use of Gore-Tex preshaped mesh in tension-free hernioplasty of inguinal hernias. Methods Retrospective review was made on 413 inguinal hernia cases receiving tension-free hernioplasty in our hospital during May 2004 to May 2008,of which all cases used Gore-Tex preshaped mesh. Results Recurrence was found in 3 cases( 0.73%). 2 cases suffered from wound infection(0.48%).Significant postoperative pain occurred in 2 cases(0.48%).Postoper-ative foreign body sensation was felt by 3 cases(0.73%).Conclusions The use of Gore-Tex preshaped mesh in tension-free hernioplasty is a safe and effective method of repairing the inguinal hernias. It can be widely used,and easily operated. Moreover,it’s low in recurrence rate and complication rate.更多还原
