【摘要】 针对LED大屏幕的色度不均匀问题,从色度学理论的基本原理出发推导出以色坐标和亮度表达的颜色匹配公式,精确地计算出显示目标颜色的三基色亮度。通过LED模组实验,采用PWM电路控制电流的占空比,牺牲部分亮度和饱和度,实现了颜色匹配。校正后,红绿蓝三基色的色坐标x,y,z差别被控制在3%以内,验证了该方法的正确性和可执行性,为LED大屏幕色度均匀性问题提供了一个简便易行的解决方案。

【Abstract】 In order to resolve the color uniformity of LED display panel,color matching equations which are expressed by color coordinate and brightness have been deducted in this paper based on the fundamental chromatics theory.It can be used to calculate the brightness of the three primary colors accurately.Chrominance match is achieved in an experiment which has two home-made modules,while the brightness and color saturation have cut down.The duty-cycle of the modules’ current is controlled by the PWM circuit.Results show the difference of color coordinate can be controlled within 3%.The method has been proved to be valid and easy to implement.In a word,a simple method is proposed for solving the color uniformity of LED display panel,which is suitable for commercial running.
