硅与铜对G32气缸盖组织和力学性能的影响
Effect of Si and Cu on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of G32 Cylinder Head
【摘要】 采用球墨铸铁制造G32气缸盖。从化学成分中硅与铜两元素着手,试验两元素在不同含量时对G32气缸盖组织和力学性能的影响;结果表明:要使G32气缸盖满足材质QT500-7的力学性能,同时具有良好的耐压性能,应选择硅铜含量分别为:2.50%~2.65%,0.45%~0.55%。
【Abstract】 The microstructure and mechnical properties of G32 with different Si and Cu contents were studied. The experimential results showed G32 cylinder head was made of ductile cast iron with 2.50%~2.65%(wt)Si and 0.45%~0.55%(wt)Cu contents to meet mechanical properties of QT500-7 and have good pressure-proof property.
