改进的能值指标用于分析污水处理生态系统

【摘要】 脱水污泥的污染问题影响了城镇污水处理厂的生存和发展,处理水回用与否对当地环境和经济的影响也不一样,将污水处理、脱水污泥和处理水处置结合起来构建污水处理生态系统有利于研究污水处理的综合效益、探索促进污水处理事业可持续发展的途径。能值分析方法可作为分析这一复合系统的工具,但传统能值分析方法没有考虑废物输入、废物处理处置和排放的影响以及子系统对整个系统的影响,因此提出了针对污水处理生态系统的改进的能值分析方法和指标体系,以某污水处理生态系统作为案例进行了分析。结果表明,改进的能值分析方法较传统能值分析方法更适合于污水处理生态系统的实际情况;构建污水处理生态系统后系统的可持续性较原有的系统有了较大的提高;对污水处理生态系统能值产出率、环境负荷率和能值可持续指标贡献最大的分别是中水回用系统、污水处理系统和中水回用系统,对污水处理生态系统能值产出率、环境负荷率和能值可持续指标影响最大的分别是污水处理系统、污水处理系统和中水回用系统,针对污水处理系统和中水回用系统采取相应的措施有助于提高污水处理生态系统的综合绩效。

【Abstract】 Pollution from dewatered sludge affects the development and survival of municipal sewage treatment plants,and different treated water disposal methods have different impacts on local environment and economy,so it is important to study the comprehensive performance of sewage treatment and explore measures on how to promote its sustainability through constructing a sewage treatment ecosystem composed of a sewage treatment system,a dewatered sludge disposal system and a treated water disposal system.Energy analysis method can be used to analyze this complex system.However,traditional energy analysis method ignored wastes inputs,wastes disposal emissions’impacts,and member systems’influences on the entire system,so an improved energy analysis method and its energy indices were constructed for evaluating a sewage treatment ecosystem,including energy indices for an entire system,distribution of energy indices(DEI)of a member system.The energy indices of the entire system can be expressed as the sum of the DEI of each member system,and the DEI is equal to the product of the weighing coefficient and corresponding energy indices.The weighing coefficient indicates the degree to which the member system affects the entire system.Thus,the best way to improve the attribute of a system is to modify the member system with the biggest weighting coefficient in all members.Some sewage treatment ecosystem,as a case,was analyzed.The results show that the improved method is more practical for evaluating a sewage treatment ecosystem compared with traditional method;the greatest contributions to energy yield ratio(EYR),environmental load ratio(ELR)and energy sustainable index(ESI)of the sewage treatment ecosystem come from the reclaimed water reuse system,the sewage treatment system and the reclaimed water reuse system,respectively;the biggest impacts on EYR,ELR and ESI of the sewage treatment ecosystem come from the sewage treatment system,the sewage treatment system and the reclaimed water reuse system,respectively.In conclusion,the sewage treatment system and the reclaimed water reuse system should be paid more attention to in order to improve the sustainability of the sewage treatment ecosystem.
