【摘要】 目的:使用24h血压监测评价缬沙坦与氢氯噻嗪复方制剂(复方缬沙坦胶囊)的降压效果。方法:开放试验。46例轻中度高血压患者日服1次复方缬沙坦胶囊(缬沙坦80mg+氢氯噻嗪12.5mg),共4周,治疗前后行24h动态血压监测。结果:24h、白昼、夜间平均血压分别下降14.9/12.1mmHg、15.4/12.6mmHg、12.7/10.3mmHg;收缩压、舒张压的谷峰比值(T/P)分别为71.22%和70.67%,降压平滑指数(SI)分别为1.42和1.18;晨峰血压(MBPS)较用药前下降10.24mmHg。未发生与研究药物相关的不良事件及严重不良事件。结论:复方缬沙坦胶囊日服1次,可安全、有效降低血压,降压作用可维持24h。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:By means of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM)to evaluate the 24 hours antihypertensive efficacy of the fixed combination therapy,valsartan 80mg+hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg,once daily,after 4 weeks of treatment,in patients with mild to moderate hypertension.Methods:Opened clinical trials were adopted.Forty-six patients were included.24h ABPM was taken before and after treatment respectively.Results:The mean 24h blood pressure was decreased 14.9/12.1mmHg,mean blood pressure of daytime and nighttime was decreased 15.4/12.6mmHg and 12.7/10.3mmHg.Trough/peak(T/P)ratio of SBP and DBP in responders was 71.22% and 70.67% respectively.The smoothness index(SI)for SBP and DBP was 1.42 and 1.18.Morning blood pressure surge(MBPS)was decreased 10.24mmHg.No adverse events related to study medicine and severe adverse events happened.Conclusion:Valsartan/ Hydrochlorothiazide combination once daily is safe and effective for mild to moderate hypertensive patients.The effect can last 24 hours.更多还原
