【摘要】 导师制是一种由教师对学生的学习,品德和生活等方面进行个别指导的制度,以实现大众教育中谋求精英教育和优生优教为目标。要求做到科学组建导师班、精心组建导师队伍、突出教学重点、完善监控制度和加强鼓励措施等方面的工作。

【Abstract】 The tutorial system is a system in which the teachers guide the students in their study,moral and living respectively,and achieving elite education and gifted education for gifted students in public education are the goals.For a successful tutorial system,it is needed to construct a tutor group in a scientific way,form an excellent tutor team,highlight teaching points,improve the monitoring system and strengthen the incentives.
