【摘要】 文章通过对华北北部乡镇卫生院在新型农村合作医疗运行下的现状调查,总结了较大区域范围内经济欠发达地区的农村卫生工作经验,提出在现实工作中解决经济欠发达地区基层农村医疗卫生工作问题的思路和政策性建议。

【Abstract】 Based on the survey of the status quo of township public health centres in Northern China and their experience in public health service,the article provides ideas and proposals which will solve the medical and public health problems in undeveloped rural areas of China.
