不同基因型金盏花色素含量与生产性能比较研究

【摘要】 以引自美国、内蒙古和甘肃的7个金盏花基因型为试材,对其色素含量及生产性能等指标进行了测定分析,以期筛选出色素含量和产量高的基因型进行推广栽培。结果表明:自育金盏花基因型A和引自内蒙古的金盏花E色素产量达60.27kg/hm2和59.27kg/hm2,其产量也相对比较稳定,可作为栽培应用品种大面积推广种植,自育基因型A色素含量最高,达18.25g/kg,可作为种质资源用于金盏花育种研究。

【Abstract】 Measure and analysis the pigment content and production performance of seven marigold genotypes, which introduced from America, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, and expected to select the high pigment content and yield marigold genotypes to extend cultivation. The result indicated that the pigment yield of marigold genotype A and the E which introduced from Inner Mongolia were high, reach 60.27 kg/hm2 and 59.27 kg/hm2 respectively, and the yield were relative high too, which could be used as culture application genotype to extend culture in large area, and the pigment content of marigold genotype A is the highest, reach 18.25g/kg, so it can be used as germplasm resource applied in marigold breeding.
