【摘要】 大蒜为百合科葱属多年生草本植物,是各国人民喜爱的香辛类蔬菜,在世界各地普遍种植。大蒜不仅是人们常用的安全无毒、无公害、无残留的调味品,而且是成本低、无毒、无副作用、具有独特的药理和营养保健功能。大蒜由于具有较高的营养保健和药用价值而成为国际研究的热点。简述了大蒜在中国的分布、分类、功能成份、营养保健及药用价值,同时概括了大蒜在养殖业中的应用,并提出了今后大蒜的研究方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Garlic is liliaceous Alliums perennial herbage,people’s favorite Spicy vegetables,planted all over the world.Garlic is not only the common people safe,non-toxic,non-pollution,no residues of spices,but also it is low-cost,non-toxic,no side effects,unique pharmacological functions of the health and nutritional medicine supplies.Garlic has already been a hot research topic at home and abroad as a result of higher nutrition and Pharmacological action.Author summarized the distribution of garlic in our country,classification,functional ingredients,nutritional,application and offered our views on the direction of future study.更多还原
