【摘要】 为了增加装烟密度,降低烟农劳动强度,提高烟叶质量,推广密集式烤房。以标准化气流上升式普通烤房(2.7m×2.7m)为基础进行密集化改造,通过分别配置750、550、370、250、150W循环风机,扩大供热系统,强制通风排湿,建造循环通道,使装烟容量增加一倍,并采用三段式烘烤工艺。以传统的普通烤房、传统的装烟密度和烘烤工艺作为对照,分析烘烤过程中的烤房垂直温差、平面温差、烤后烟叶的内外品质。结果表明:风量5600m3/h、功率250W轴流风机效果理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to add the loading density,reduce the labor intensity of tobacco grower,popularize the bulkc uring barn and raise the quality of flue-cured tobacco,a lot of planters use the bulk curing bar.Based on then ormativeup-draftordinarycuringbarn(2.7m×2.7m),Some measures were taken such as,Barn intensification of transformation,heating system was enlarge,forced wind vet,circulation channel was constructed;Several types ofa ir circulation fan were Installed,whose power is 750,550,370,250,150 W.the capacity of tobacco loading willi ncrease twice,using three stage curing of flue-cured tobacco,the control was convention curing process.Thev ertical temperature difference and level temperature difference were detected.What’s more,the inherent ando uter quality of flue-cured tobacco was analyzed.The results showed that the air volume was 5600 m3/h and the power of axial flow fan was 250W could get good result.更多还原
