6种百合种球抗寒性的研究

【摘要】 通过测定6种百合种球即泰伯(Tiber)、多阿娜(Pollyanna)、索蚌(Sorbonne)、西伯利亚(Siberia)、耀眼(Ceb Dazzle)、布鲁塞尔(Brunello)的抗寒生理指标,研究其抗寒能力,试验采用人工降温的方法,以3℃为对照温度,分别测定-15℃到0℃下每一低温处理后6种百合种球的电导率、束缚水/自由水以及脯氨酸含量3个生理指标。结果表明,各品种随温度的降低,其电导率呈"S"型曲线增大,应用Logistic方程建立回归模型,确定其半致死温度分别为:-8.33315、-8.76722、-9.14241、-10.9918、-11.3131、-12.6293℃,由此得出6种百合种球的抗寒性强弱顺序为:布鲁塞尔>耀眼>西伯利亚>索蚌>多阿娜>泰伯。束缚水/自由水呈先缓慢增大后急剧增大的趋势,其比值与抗寒性正相关,脯氨酸含量先增大后减小,在增大过程中,含量与温度的变化呈极显著负相关,与抗寒性正相关。

【Abstract】 The paper studies on cold resistance of 6 lily cultivars including Tiber,Pollyanna,Sorbonne,Siberia,Ceb Dazzle and Brunello.3℃was taken as the control.Testing temperature was dropped from-15℃to 0℃gradually to find the changes of electrical conductivity,bound/free water and proline.The results show that electrical conductivity increases like a S-curve with the decrease of temperature.Regression model getting from Logistice quation shows that the semilethal temperatures are-8.33315,-8.76722,-9.14241,-10.9918,-11.3131,-12.6293℃separately.So we can get an order according the ability of cold resistance of the cultivars above,B runello﹥Ceb Dazzle﹥Siberia﹥Sorbonne﹥Pollyanna﹥Tiber.In this process,the quantities of bound/free water increase slowly at first and increase sharply afterwards.The ratio correlates to the cold resistance positively.The quantities of proline increase at the beginning and decrease later.The changing process of proline correlates to the temperature negatively,while the quantities of proline correlate to cold resistance positively.
