【摘要】 目的了解天津市精神科床位及住院服务现况。方法使用《天津市医疗机构精神卫生服务状况调查问卷》调查天津市18个区县365家医疗机构2006年精神科床位的分布情况以及精神科住院服务的利用情况。结果2006年天津市精神科床位共4281张,平均4.11张/万人,床位使用率为93.8%。市内六区精神科床位2129张,其他六区1820张,滨海三区90张,三县242张。结论精神科床位在全市的分布极不均衡,存在资源的相对短缺和利用不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current state of bed distribution and services of psychiatric department in Tianjin in 2006. Methods Total 365 hospitals from 18 districts and counties were investigated by a questionnaire on bed distribution and services for mental inpatient in Tianjin in 2006. Results There were total 4281 beds for mental inpatients, about 4.11 beds per 10 thousands persons. The utility rate of the beds was 93.8%. Conclusion The distribution of psychiatric beds in Tianjin was extremely imbalance; there was a short of service resources and underutilization of beds.更多还原
