【摘要】 目的介绍iPath200辅助MRI引导下头颈部病变穿刺活检的操作方法,并评价其应用价值。方法所用设备为Philips公司生产的开放式0.23T磁共振检查仪(Proview),并配有iPath200光学引导系统。27例头颈部病变患者,均在iPath200辅助MRI引导下进行介入穿刺活检操作,其中13例为颌下及颈部淋巴结肿大,5例为甲状腺肿物,4例为颌面部肿物,3例为眼眶内肿物,2例为头颈部间隙囊性肿物。27例患者中的13例术中行MR对比增强检查。结果所有患者均一次穿刺成功,切取出病变组织,全部获得了组织病理学诊断,与手术后病理结果或随访结果相符,活检诊断正确率达100%(27/27)。所有病例术中及术后均未出现明显并发症如严重出血、神经损害等。结论iPath200辅助MRI引导下的头颈部病变经皮活检是一种安全、准确、有效的新技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce the procedures and evaluate the application value of the interventional MR-guided biopsy in lesions of head and neck.Methods Twenty-seven patients with head and neck lesions underwent interventional MR-guided percutaneous biopsies.All patients were performed under a 0.23 T open MRI system(Proview,Philips Medical System) with optical tracking system(iPath200,Philips Medical System).13 of 27 patients underwent MR contrast enhanced examinations during the biopsies.Results The histopathological diagnosis was got in all cases(27/27).In all patients,the primary biopsy diagnosis and the follow up postoperative diagnosis were essentially consistent(27/27).No complications such as severe bleeding or neurological damage were seen.Conclusions Interventional MR-guided percutaneous biopsy in lesions of head and neck is an accurate and safe technique.更多还原
