轮胎生产车间余热在制冷采暖中的梯级利用

【摘要】 余热及废气排放问题是制约生产可持续发展的重要因素,为充分利用轮胎硫化过程中产生的高温蒸汽,需要对轮胎生产车间的制冷采暖系统进行改造。本文针对威海三角轮胎150万套生产车间,提出将乏汽回收器回收的废热蒸汽,夏季用于溴化锂制冷机组制冷,冬季直接用作加热热源的改造方案。通过计算一次能源能效比PEER和费用现值评价系统的能耗量及经济效益,证明系统改造后实现了能量的梯级利用,达到了节能减排的目的,因此改造方案切实可行。

【Abstract】 The question of waste heat and exhaust emission is an important factor which restricts sustainable development of production.To make the most of high temperature steam which comes from the type curing process,it is necessary to transform the air-conditioning system of tire production workshop.Puts forward a reconstructive plan for 1.5 million production workshops.It uses steam-gas which is gathered by waste heat recoverer for refrigeration by LiBr-H2O refrigerating machine in summer,and as heating source directly in winter.Analyzes the energy consumption and economical efficiency of system through calculating the PEER and cost present value.The system achieves graded use of energy and gains the ends of energy-saving and emission reduction after being altered.So the transformation program is operable.
