【摘要】 本文运用1978～2006年的数据对中国7大区域农业公共投资绩效的空间差异进行了分析。结果表明,由于地理条件、资源禀赋以及经济和社会发展等方面的差异,农业公共投资对农业产出的影响在区域间表现出巨大的差异。从投资回报率看,华北、东南等经济发达地区在农业科研上的投资回报率较高,但在农业灌溉以及农村通讯上的回报率较低;与此相反,西南、西北等欠发达地区在农业灌溉以及农村通讯上的回报率较高,但在农业科研上的回报率却远低于经济发达地区。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper estimates the spatial differences of agricultural public investments in China by use of panel data of 7 areas from 1978 to 2006.The result indicates that because of the differences in such aspects as geographical condition,natural talent,economic and social development,the effects of agricultural public investments on agriculture produces have great difference in every area.From rate of return on investment,we can see that rate of return on agri-scientific research investment in developed areas such as north and southeast.is relatively high,but rate of return on irrigation and rural communication investment is relatively low.Contrary to this,rate of return on agricultural irrigation and rural communication investment in developing area such as southwest and northwest is relatively high,but rate of return on the agri-scientific research investment is below the developed area.更多还原
