青霉素G亚砜酸的制备工艺研究

【摘要】 以青霉素G钾为原料,采用过氧乙酸作氧化剂合成青霉素G亚砜酸,收率可达97.3%。实验证实,将青霉素G钾干粉加入18%过氧乙酸溶液可得最佳收率。反应结束后,用稀硫酸调pH值至1.5时,青霉素G亚砜酸从反应液中直接结晶析出。

【Abstract】 Penicillin G sulfoxide was synthesized with penicillin G potassium salt as starting material and oxidized by peracetic acid,with yield of 97.3%.Results showed that the optimal yield was obtained by adding penicillin G potassium salt to 18% peracetic acid.Penicillin G sulfoxide can be crystallized directly from the solution by adjusting to pH1.5 wath dilute sulfuric acid.
