【摘要】 目的探讨卒中单元治疗对脑梗死患者认知功能障碍变化的影响。方法选取有认知功能障碍的96例患者,分别采用卒中单元治疗(治疗组,52例)和常规治疗(对照组,44例)。两组患者在治疗前和治疗后2个月分别进行认知功能测验。结果与对照组比较,治疗组的简易智力检查量表(MMSE)、数字广度和100→1的分数具有显著性差异。结论采用卒中单元治疗脑梗死,能更有效改善患者的认知功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of stroke unit therapy on cognitive impairment in the cerebral infarction patients.Methods 96 patients with cognitive impairment were divided into two groups:the stroke unit treatment(treatment groups,52 cases) and routine treatment(control group,44 cases).Cognitive function examinations were performed in two groups before and 2 months after treatment.Results Comparing with control group,the score of Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),span of digit and 100 to 1 counting were significantly different in treatment group.Conclusion Stroke unit is effective to improve cognitive function of cerebral infarction patients.更多还原
