【Abstract】 Although most of managers of enterprises in exhibition industry hold a view that it is necessary to conduct trains to their employees,the input to the training is limited largely due to the fact that a little effect of training can be obviously seen in a short term.The satisfactory effect of a training is to be achieved by a system of scientific training scheme which compromises the analysis of the training needs;the selective of training methods;the assessment of training results so that to make the training effect and therefore to enhance the enterprises’ competitiveness.更多还原
