用微型压电陶瓷泵产生液体射流的实验研究

【摘要】 研究微型压电陶瓷泵液体射流装置在不同工作状态下的射流形态和射流速度。实验结果表明该装置产生的射流很快破碎形成液滴。射流速度和液滴速度随着加载于压电陶瓷电极上的电压信号幅值增加而成线性增加。电压信号频率对射流速度的影响则不相同,当信号频率小于2700 Hz时,射流速度随着信号频率的增加而增加,但当信号频率大于2700 Hz时,射流速度基本不变。电压信号模式不仅影响射流速度,还影响射流形态。连续信号模式下,射流破碎后液滴形状更加不规则、液滴大小更加不均匀。

【Abstract】 A liquid jet device driven by a piezoelectric micropump is setup and studied experimentally.The jet velocity and jet patterns are studied at different work status,such as different signal voltage amplitude,frequency and signal mode.The results show that the jet is break up quickly and drops are formed once it spouts from the nozzle.The jet velocity or the drop velocity increases when signal amplitude increases,the signal mode changes from continuous mode to burst mode or signal amplitude increases at low frequency,but the velocity has little change when the signal frequency is changed if the signal frequency is great than 2700 Hz.The voltage signal modes also change the jet patterns.The jet is more instable in continuous voltage signal than in burst voltage signal,such as the size of droplets are more nonuniform and the shape of the drop are more irregular.
