【摘要】 目的评估全球基金对广东省项目地区疟疾防治效果,为制定广东省疟疾防治规划和措施提供科学依据。方法在实施项目前后,分别在徐闻、惠城和惠阳区分层整群随机抽样进行疟疾疫情调查。结果项目实施后,3个县发热病人血检率由项目实施前的0.10%提高到2.08%;疫情漏报率由实施前的67.44%降至0;共调查121 543人,年平均发病率由实施前的0.25■降为实施后的0.02■;疟疾病例规范治疗率由20.93%提高至100%;中、小学生和居民疟防知识知晓率由实施前的7.27%和5.09%提高到实施后的90.33%和86.86%。结论全球基金项目的实施,加强了项目县的疟防措施,提高了疟防水平,巩固了疟防成果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of the global fund to Fight AIDS,Tuberculosis,and Malaria in Guangdong district and provide scientific evidence for Guangdong to establish a program and measures for malaria prevention and control.Methods Before and after implementation,malaria incidence in 3 counties was examined by stratified cluster random sampling in Xuwen,Huicheng,and Huiyang districts.Results After implementation,blood detection of malaria among patients with a fever increased from 0.1% to 2.08%,misreporting dropped from 67.44% to 0,and in 121 543 individuals studied average incidence dropped from 0.25■ to 0.02■.The percentage of patients receiving standard therapy for malaria increased from 20.93% to 100%.After implementation,awareness of malaria prevention in middle school and elementary school students and villagers increased from 7.27% and 5.09% to 90.33% and 86.86%,respectively.Conclusion Implementation of this project has led to enhanced measures to prevent malaria in three counties,raised the level of malaria prevention,and solidified the achievements of malaria prevention.更多还原
