【摘要】 目的分离不动杆菌属噬菌体并分析其裂解谱。方法噬菌体分离自不同来源的污水,采集78株不动杆菌属临床分离株,采用单层平皿法测定其裂解谱。结果分离得到2株分别具有不同裂解谱的不动杆菌属噬菌体AB46和AB54,前者裂解谱为46,占1.28%,后者裂解谱为54、57、59、60、62、69、70、78,占10.27%。结论成功分离出不动杆菌属噬菌体并获得其裂解谱,其裂解谱比较窄,有待通过各种方法进一步提高其裂解范围,但是其裂解能力较强,可形成透亮的噬菌斑。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To isolate Acinetobacter bacteriophages and analyze their lysis spectrum.METHODS A total of 78 Acinetobacter strains were isolated from the sewage of different sources whose lysis spectrum was determined by method of single layer plates.RESULTS From them only two kinds of Acinetobacter bacteriophages AB46 and AB54 with different lysis spectrum were isolated from 2 strains.The former had a lysis spectrum of 46(1.28%)and the latter had a lysis spectrum of 54,57,59,60,62,69,70 and 78(10.27%).CONCLUSIONS Acinetobacter bacteriophages are isolated and their lysis spectrums are obtained.The lysis spectrums are narrow which need to improve their lysis ranges but they can infect their hosts virulently and form transparent plaques.更多还原
