【摘要】 目的研究基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达及其与肿瘤临床病理参数之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测109例乳腺癌组织和60例乳腺良性肿瘤组织中的MMP-9的表达并对结果进行分析。结果①109例乳腺癌组织中MMP-9的表达率是40.4%(44/109),明显高于良性乳腺肿瘤(0.0%),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②MMP-9的表达与病理分级以及临床分期密切相关,随肿瘤直径增大以及肿瘤分期的增加,MMP-9蛋白的阳性表达率也明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MMP-9蛋白在乳腺癌组织中高表达与乳腺癌局部浸润及预后密切相关,可作为判断乳腺癌预后的重要指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in breast cancer and its relationship with the clinical characteristics of tumors. Methods 109 cases of breast cancer tissues by immunohistochemistry for MMP-9, and were compared with the results with those in 60 benign tumor tissues. Results ① The expression rate of MMP-9 protein was 40.4% in 109 cases of breast cancer. It was much higher than that in benign tumor tissues samples. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). ② The expression of MMP-9 was related with tumor grade and TNM stage (P< 0.05). Conclusion The high expression of MMP-9 in breast cancer is closely related to invasion of breast cancer. It can be used as an important factor in judging the prognosis of breast cancer.更多还原
