【摘要】 目的探索鼻底组织瓣在单侧唇裂继发畸形矫治术中的应用。方法在应用Millard术式矫治单侧唇裂继发畸形时,用患侧鼻孔鼻底组织瓣延长鼻小柱的方法,矫治不同情况的鼻畸形。结果应用本法共矫治单侧唇裂继发畸形53例,皮瓣全部成活,矫治畸形效果良好。其中41例随访6个月至2年,无一例差者,无一例皮瓣坏死,优者30例,良者11例。结论本法利用患侧鼻底较宽、血运丰富的特点,形成鼻底组织瓣,供瓣区直接缝合,切口隐蔽,增添了可利用的组织量,并且与唇裂继发畸形矫治的一般术式相结合并常规应用,根据唇裂继发畸形的特点,形成一种特有术式,特别适用于矫治患侧鼻小柱过短、可利用的组织量不足时的鼻畸形。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical application of the nasal basis flap in corrected secondary nasal deformities in unilateral cleft lip.Methods While correcting secondary nasal deformities by Millard,s method,the tissue flap of nasal basis in the affected side was used to extend the columella nasi and the different deformities were corrected.Results All the tissue flaps survived in 53 cases.The appearance and the function were satisfactory.Conclusions Because nasal basis in the affected side was wide and it,s blood extremity was abundant,the tissue flap of nasal basis can be obtained,the donor site was sutured directly and the appearance was satisfactory.the operation formed a kind of characteristic method.It can not only correct the short columella nasi,but also repairthe tissue defect of nasal deformity.更多还原
