高速宽幅流浆箱等压布浆器原理及新的计算方法探讨

【摘要】 通过Baines方程的求解推导,分析了主要参数对结果的影响,指出了Baines方程的不足之处,提出了一种适用于流浆箱等压布浆器设计计算的新方法,虽然新旧2种方法均可用于布浆器设计,但新方法的计算结果更准确,计算过程简单明了。

【Abstract】 A new method for design calculation of inlet-header was developed through finding the solution of Baines equation and analyzing the effect of main parameters on the result,particularly the defect of Baines equation.Although two methods can also be used for inlet-header design calculation,the new method can get more accurate result and the calculation is as simple as Baines equation.
