【摘要】 介绍了我国第一条全麦草浆OQPO清洁漂白生产线的工程实践。首先进行了短序OQPO漂白实验室小试,并以此为基础建设了150t/d的全麦草浆OQPO漂白生产线。生产结果表明:该生产线所产纸浆白度达到80%以上,裂断长达到7.0km以上,漂白废水可以在洗涤筛选段回用,并最终送入碱回收段消化,使生产耗水量和污水排放量都减少,不用氯漂,生产废水不含AOX,经处理后可达标排放。更多还原

【Abstract】 The first wheat straw OQPO bleaching line in China was introduced.The bleaching condition of OQPO bleaching was determined in laboratory.And the wheat straw OQPO bleaching line with the capacity of 150t/d was designed on the basis of this condition.The results from the commercial production line showed that the brightness of bleached pulp can reach 80% and the breaking length of the pulp can reach 7.0 km.The bleaching waste water can be reused in the pulping and washing stages.As a result,the consumption of fresh water and amount of waste water both decrease.In addition,the waste water doesn’t contain AOX and can meet the new discharge standard after further treatment.更多还原
