提高无石棉胶乳抄取板助留助滤性能的研究

【摘要】 针对无石棉胶乳抄取板造纸法抄造过程中浆料留着率低及滤水困难等问题进行研究时发现,CPAM单组分体系中,CPAM添加量0.08%时,体系助留助滤效果最好;CPAM/膨润土双组分体系中,CPAM添加量0.12%,膨润土添加量0.2%时,体系助留助滤效果最佳,且在较高的CPAM用量下,CPAM/膨润土双组分体系能更有效地改善浆料的滤水性能;硫酸铝体系能有效地提高体系细小组分的留着率,改善浆料滤水性,但随着A l2(SO4)3添加量增加,体系由碱性向酸性过渡。

【Abstract】 Continuous papermaking process has not been used in forming non-asbestos gasketing paper due to the retention and drainage performance.It was found that the retention and drainage performance is the best when 0.08% CPAM is added,the retention and drainage performance also attains the best when 0.12% CPAM and 0.2% bentonite are used in CPAM/bentonite microparticle system.On the other hand,in terms of drainage improvement,CPAM/bentonite microparticle system is more effective than single CPAM system when CPAM dosage is high.Aluminum sulfate system can effectively improve the retention and drainage performance of the slurry,but the system has a tendency of changing from alkaline to acidity as the charge of aluminum sulfate increases.
