速生桉木硫酸盐法制浆目标卡伯值的确定

【摘要】 研究了不同条件下速生桉木硫酸盐法蒸煮的浆料得率、不含木素的浆料得率、黏度及有效碱的消耗与卡伯值的关系。结果表明,速生桉木硫酸盐法蒸煮的特征卡伯值为15~16(即转折点处的卡伯值)。随着蒸煮的进行,当浆料卡伯值低于该特征值时,浆料的得率、黏度都明显降低,同时碱耗也增加。以特征卡伯值为速生桉木硫酸盐法蒸煮控制的目标卡伯值时浆料的得率为48.5%左右。

【Abstract】 This paper studied the relationships between the yield,lignin-free yield,viscosity of the pulp,consumption of effective alkali in the cooking liquor and kappa number of the pulp during kraft pulping of eucalyptus.The results indicated that the kappa number of 15—16 is the characteristic kappa number of the pulp in kraft pulping of eucalyptus,in which an ideal pulp yield of 48.5% is expected.The yield and viscosity of the pulp and residual effective alkali decrease significantly when the kappa number of the pulp drops below the value of the characteristic kappa number(the turning point).Therefore,the target kappa number of the pulp in the eucalyptus kraft pulping should not be lower than this turning point.
