改良型UASB反应器处理甘薯酒精废液研究

【摘要】 本研究开发了一种新的工艺技术方法,采用改良型UASB反应器高效稳定地处理甘薯酒精废液获得成功。该反应器处理的甘薯酒精废液COD 36 720~43 890 mg.L-1,SS 8370~11 400 mg.L-1。在COD负荷高达28.86~34.5 kg.m-3d-1,中温条件下,COD去除率稳定在92%~93%,COD产气率0.55 m3.kg-1以上,SS去除率90.7%以上。

【Abstract】 A new process,that distillery wastewater from sweet potato was treated high efficiently and stably by an improved UASB reactor,was studied.The chemical oxygen demand(COD) and suspended solid(SS) concentration of the wastewater typically ranged between 36 720~43 890 and 8370~11 400 mg·L-1,respectively.Under the condition of mesophilic digestion,COD loading rates(ORLs) of 28.86~34.5 kg·m-3d-1,COD removal efficiencies were stably 92%~93% and that of ss were higher than 90.7%.Biogas production rate of COD was up to 0.55m3·kg-1.
