【摘要】 目的:通过在体兔心肌缺血再灌注模型,观察红花黄色素对家兔缺血再灌注心肌是否具有保护作用。方法:24只新西兰家兔随机分为缺血再灌注组(IR组)、缺血预处理组(IPC组)及红花黄色素组(SY组),每组8只。分别于结扎前、再灌注3h、再灌注6h采兔血,测定各组血超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)和肌钙蛋白I(cTNI)的水平。实验结束,用氯化硝基四氮唑蓝(NBT)染色测定心肌梗死面积。结果:与IR组相比,SY组和IPC组在再灌注各时间点MDA、CK-MB、cTNI浓度均降低(P<0.05),而SOD升高(P<0.05);SY组和IPC组坏死面积占总面积之比小于IR组(P<0.05)。结论:红花黄色素和缺血预处理一样能减轻缺血再灌注损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study whether Safflor Yellow(SY) produces cardioprotection on rabbit cardiac ischemic-reperfusion model in vivo.METHODS 24 Rabbits were randomly distributed to three group(n=8 in each group):①Ischemia-reperfusion(IR);②Ischemic preconditioning(IPC);③Safflor Yellow(SY).Each group was determined the density of serum superoxide dismutases(SOD),malonaldehyde(MDA),creatinkinase isoenzyme(CK-MB) and troponin I(cTNI) at three times:before LADO,reperfusion 3h and reperfusion 6h.The infarction sizes(IS) were measured with nitroblue tetrazolium(NBT) dye.RESULTS Compared with IR group,the levels of MDA 、CK-MB and cTNI in SY group and IPC group were reduced significantly(P<0.05) at reperfusion 3h and reperfusion 6h,on the contrary,the levels of SOD was increased(P<0.05);The IS(percentage necrosis/total areas) was reduced significantly(P<0.05) in SY group and IPC group.CONCLUSION Safflor Yellow as same as ischemic preconditioning can protect the ischemia damage of myocardium.更多还原
