【摘要】 目的:研究环孢素A(cyclosporin,CsA)诱发的牙龈肥大与CsA浓度的关系。方法:通过CsA用药后32例药物性牙龈肥大患者和对照组同期应用CsA后无牙龈肥大患者34例的血液、唾液、牙龈组织内的CsA的测定的观察和分析。结果:疾病发生和严重程度部位与血液、唾液和牙龈组织内的CsA浓度等有关,且差异具有显著性。结论:CsA诱发药物性牙龈肥大的发生率高,疾病发生和严重程度与血液、唾液和牙龈组织内的CsA浓度关系密切。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the relationship of gingival enlargements induced by cyclosporin(CsA) and the CsA concentration in blood、saliva and gingival tissure.METHODS 34 patients(21 cases gingival enlargements and 13 cases without gingival enlargements) were checked-up after treatment with,the CsA incidence of gingival enlargements induced by CsA and CsA the concentration of CsA in blood、saliva and gingival tissure.RESULTS The incidence severity of gingival enlargements closely related with the CsA concentration in blood,saliva and gingival tissure(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The incidence of gingival enlargements induced CsA is high.The incidence、severity of gingival enlargements induced by CsA and highly related with the concentration of CsA blood、saliva and gingival gingival tissure.更多还原
