原发性肺癌患者血清sFas水平及肺癌组织中sFas mRNA表达的研究

【摘要】 目的探讨可溶性Fas(sFas)在肺癌患者血清中的变化特点及sFasmRNA在肺癌组织中的表达情况。方法采用ELISA法对肺癌患者血清sFas蛋白水平以及采用RT-PCR法对肺癌患者手术切除的肺癌组织中sFasmRNA表达水平进行检测。结果肺癌患者血清sFas水平较正常人明显增高,血清sFas水平与其病理类型无关,Ⅳ期肺癌患者血清sFas明显高于其他各期;sFasmRNA在肺癌组织中的表达明显高于正常肺组织,与病理类型无关。结论肺癌患者细胞凋亡障碍可能与血清sFas水平升高有关,肺癌细胞可能是sFas产生的途径之一。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expressions of serum soluble Fas(sFas)and sFas mRNA in tumor tissues in lung cancer. Methods The serum level of sFas in lung cancer patients was determined by ELISA and the expression of sFas mRNA in lung cancer tissues was tested by RT-PCR. Results The serum level of sFas in lung cancer was significantly higher than that in normal controls,without significant difference between the different pathologic type groups. The serum level of sFas in stage Ⅳ of lung cancer was significantly higher than that in the other stages;the expression of sFas mRNA in lung cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissues, without significant difference between these lung cancer tissues. Conclusion The abnormality of apoptosis may be related to the high ex- pression of serum sFas in patients with lung cancer and lung cancer cells may be one of the routes from which sFas is derived.
