紫荆叶对模型小鼠的消炎镇痛及耐缺氧抗疲劳作用研究

【摘要】 目的:研究紫荆叶对模型小鼠消炎、镇痛及耐缺氧、抗疲劳的作用。方法:以二甲苯法和扭体法研究紫荆叶的醇提物及水提物的消炎镇痛作用,以游泳和耐缺氧实验研究紫荆叶醇提物及水提物的耐缺氧、抗疲劳作用。结果:紫荆叶醇提物较水提物具有更加显著的镇痛、消炎作用;水提物较醇提物更能显著增强小鼠耐缺氧和抗疲劳的能力。结论:紫荆叶具有显著镇痛、消炎作用,并能增强小鼠耐缺氧和抗疲劳的能力,且呈剂量-效应关系。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study the anti-inflammatory,analgesic,anti-hypoxia,and anti-fatigue effects of the Cercis chinensis leaf on model mice. METHODS:The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of the alcohol extract and water extract of C. chinensis leaf were studied by dimethyl benzene method and writhing method,and their anti-hypoxia and anti-fatigue effects were evaluated through swimming test and hypoxia tolerance experiment. RESULTS:Compared with the water extract,the alcohol extract of the C. chinensis leaf showed more remarkable anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects,however,the water extract showed more remarkable anti-hypoxia and anti-fatigue effects than the alcohol extract.CONCLUSION:The C. chinensis leaf had remarkable anti-inflammatory,analgesic,anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia effects in dose-dependent manner.
