【摘要】 目的:评价我院抗菌药物应用的合理性。方法:按20%的比例,随机抽取我院2005年第1季度(干预前)和2006年第1季度(干预后)住院患者病历共3 114份,对其抗菌药物应用情况进行统计、分析。结果:干预前、后我院抗菌药物应用率分别为84.57%和74.54%;抗菌药物不合理应用率分别为44.47%和13.09%;平均用药时间分别为9.75d和7.32d;非限制性应用抗菌药物比例分别为34.60%和47.23%,特殊性应用抗菌药物比例分别为25.31%和10.37%。结论:实施抗菌药物临床合理应用干预,是规范抗菌药物临床应用的有效措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the rationality of the clinical utilization of antibacterials in our hospital.METHODS: According to a sampling proportion of 20%,a total of 3 114 inpatient medical records randomly selected from our hospital before intervention(in the first quarter of 2005) and after intervention(in the first quarter of 2006) were analyzed statistically in respect of the clinical utilization of antibacterials.RESULTS: Before versus after the intervention,the proportion of patients receiving antibacterials was 84.57% vs.74.54%,the rate of irrational use of antibacterials was 44.47% vs.13.09%,the average application duration was 9.75 days vs.7.32 days,the proportion of non-restrictive use of antibacterials was 34.60% vs.47.23%, and the proportion of special use of antibacterials was 25.31% vs.10.37%.CONCLUSION: Intervention on the rational use of antibacterials is an effective way to standardize the clinical use of antibacterials.更多还原
