【摘要】 目的:评价南京地区抗精神病药的应用情况及趋势。方法:采用金额排序法和限定日剂量法,对南京地区22家医院2004～2006年抗精神病药的应用数据进行统计、分析。结果:该地区抗精神病药销售金额逐年增多,2005、2006年分别比上一年增长78.54%、27.66%;总用药频度并未逐年增高,2005年比2004年增长54.41%,而2006年比2005年下降10.38%。新一代抗精神病药销售金额占总销售金额的比例较大,且呈逐年上升趋势,其用药频度占总用药频度的比例也由2004年的31.43%上升至2006年的52.67%。结论:新一代抗精神病药已成市场主流,我国制药企业应加快开发国产长效、安全、经济的新一代抗精神病药,以降低医疗费用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the utilization of antipsychotic drugs in Nanjing area and its developing trend.METHODS:The consumption sum and the defined daily dose of antipsychotic drugs during 2004～2006 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:The consumption sum of antipsychotic drugs increased year by year,up 78.54% in 2005 and 27.66% in 2006 over the previous year.However,the total DDDs failed to showed year-on-year increase,up 54.41% in 2005 but down 10.38% in 2005 over the previous year.What’s more,the new generation of antipsychotic drugs showed a higher proportion and an upward trend in term of consumption sum,and its proportion of DDDs reached 52.67% in 2006 from 31.43% in 2004.CONCLUSION:The new generation of antipsychotic drugs has become the maindrugs in the antipsychotic drug market.Therefore,it is urgent for domestic drug manufacturers develop long-acting safe and economical new generation of antipsychotic drugs so as to decrease medical cost.更多还原
