【摘要】 目的了解旅店业公共用品用具的消毒状况,加强其卫生消毒质量管理。方法采用抽样调查方法,对南京市浦口区不同级别旅店公共用品用具的消毒效果进行了检测和卫生学评价。结果共抽样调查54家旅店,92.6%的旅店有消毒设施,但只有57.41%的消毒设施能正常运转。抽样采集318份样品,平均总合格率为80.50%。星级宾馆卫生状况普遍较好,普通宾馆和小旅社较差。结论该区旅店业公共用品卫生质量总体状况尚可,但中小旅店卫生质量较差,需要加强管理和监督。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the disinfection situation of public supplies and appliances in hotels,and to enhance quality control of sanitatary disinfection.Methods Sampling method was used to examine and assess the efficacy of disinfection of public supplies in hotels of different classes in Pukou district,Nanjing City.Results A total of 54 hotels were investigated,92.6% of them had disinfection facilities,but only 57.41% of the disinfection facilities could operate normally.318 samples were collected,the average eligible rate was 80.50%.Generally,the sanitary condition of star-grade hotels were better than that of small inns.Conclusion As a whole,the sanitary quality of public supplies was not at all bad in hotels of Pukou district,but it is necessary to strengthen control and supervison of small inns by considering their poor sanitary circumstance.更多还原
