【摘要】 目的:检测鼻咽低分化鳞癌组织中微小染色体维持蛋白5(MCM5)的表达意义及与细胞增殖核抗原(PCNA)的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测50例鼻咽低分化鳞癌、20例鼻息肉组织中MCM5及PCNA的表达情况。结果:MCM5与PCNA在鼻咽低分化鳞癌中的表达均高于鼻息肉组织(P<0.01):鼻咽低分化鳞癌中,MCM5的表达高于PCNA(P<0.05),两者之间呈正相关(r=0.839 7,P<0.01);MCM5与PCNA在鼻咽低分化鳞癌中的表达在性别、年龄、淋巴结转移方面的差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MCM5在鼻咽癌组织中高表达,可作为鼻咽低分化鳞癌的标志物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expression of minichromosome maintenance protein 5(MCM5) in nasopharyngeal carci noma tissue and its significance,and to analyze the correlation between MCM5 and PCNA.Methods:The expression of MCM5 and PCNA were detected with Streptavidin-Peroxidase(S-P).Results:The expressions of MCM-5 and PCNA were both higher in cancer than those in tissues of rhino polypus,and the labeling index of MCM5 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was higher than that of PCNA.A positive correlation was found between MCM5 and PCNA.Labeling index of MCM5 showed no significant correlation with patient age,gender,and lymph node metabasis.Conclusion:MCM5 has a high expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue and it is more sensitive than PCNA as an indicator for pathological diagnosis of NPC.更多还原
