酶法提取生姜精油的研究

【摘要】 为了优化生姜精油的提取工艺,采用纤维素酶作用于生姜提取生姜精油,探讨酶解时间、酶解温度、酶解pH和酶用量对生姜精油提取率的影响。结果表明,纤维素酶作用能显著提高生姜精油的提取率,鉴于各影响因子之间的相互作用,在单因素试验的基础上,设计了正交试验,分析试验结果,得出最合适的工艺参数为酶解温度46℃、酶解时间2 hp、H 6.0、纤维素酶用量2.2%,生姜精油得率达到0.39%。酶法提取生姜精油是一种合适的提取生姜精油的方法。

【Abstract】 To optimize the extraction process of ginger essential oil,the ginger was treated by cellulase,studying the treatment time,temperature,pH and enzyme dosage how to influence the percentage of the amount of essential oil in extraction.The amount of essential oil in extraction obviously improve by the cellulase treatment.According to the orthogonal test to analyze the result of test,the optimal parameters were found.The optimum conditions were temperature 46 ℃,time 2 h,pH 6.0 and dosage of cellulose 2.2%.Extraction yield were 0.39%.Enzyme treatment technology was a suitable method for extraction of essential oil from ginger.
