我国功能性食品安全问题及其对策

【摘要】 对功能性食品的特点、我国功能性食品安全的主要问题进行了综述。对解决我国功能性食品安全问题提出了对策。

【Abstract】 The characters of functional food safety and the main existing problems of functional food safety in china were summarized in this paper.Some countermeasures on solving the problems of functional food safety were finally put forward.
