酱油种曲的培养
The cultivation of soy sauce koji
【摘要】 文章主要介绍酱油种曲由试管种、三角瓶种到扩大规模菌种三代的培养工艺。
【Abstract】 This paper introduced the technologe of soy sauce koji of the test tube,flask the size of species to expand the cultivation of three generations.
