【摘要】 电子资源和纸本资源如何协调发展已成为图书馆文献资源建设亟待解决的重要问题。从目前资源购置经费和读者的使用情况来看,电子资源的比重都要大于纸本资源,而纸本资源也正在向电子资源转化。但是电子资源存在着重复性、不稳定性、垄断性以及不易长期保存的缺陷,影响着馆藏建设。因此,电子资源与纸本资源的协调发展,应遵守目标性、互补性、满足需求、重点保障和成本效益的基本原则,不断调整馆藏发展政策,使馆藏评价制度化,有机整合电子资源与纸本资源,构建与出版商合作的新模式,建立区域联合馆藏,走共建共享之路。表3。图1。参考文献23。更多还原

【Abstract】 Coordinating electronic resources and print resources has become an important problem to be solved urgently in library collection development.At present,the proportion of electronic resources is higher than that of print resources in expenditures and readers’ use,and print resources are changing to electronic resources.However,electronic resources are always repetitive,unstable,monopolistic,and not easy for long-term preservation,and aren’t favorable for collection development.The authors think that we should coordinate both and comply with some basic principles which are objectivity,complementarity,meeting needs,key security,and cost-effectiveness.We also should adjust the collection development policies constantly to make library evaluation institutionalization,integrate both organically,construct a new mode of cooperating with publishers,establish regional united collection,construct and share collection together.3 tabs.1 fig.23 refs.更多还原
