聚酯/聚醚混合型聚氨酯薄膜透湿性研究

【摘要】 以聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBAG)和聚乙二醇(PEG)混合作为软段,采用溶液预聚法制备了聚酯/聚醚混合型聚氨酯。通过傅立叶红外光谱分析(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)对其结构进行表征,并测试了透湿率(WVP)、表面接触角、吸水率、力学性能,与聚酯型聚氨酯、聚醚型聚氨酯进行了比较探讨。试验结果表明:随着PEG分子质量的增大,混合型聚氨酯薄膜不仅具有较好的透湿率,还具有较好的力学性能。

【Abstract】 The polyether and polyester/polyurethane was synthesized by solution- prepolymerization,with polybutylene adipate glycol(PBAG) and polyethylene glycol(PEG) as soft segment. Polyurethane was characterized by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy(SEM), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). Water vapor permeability(WVP), contact angle, water absorption and mechanical properties were also measured. The results show that the WVP and mechanical properties of polyether-polyester polyurethane are better than those of polyester-polyurethane and polyether-polyurethane with increasing molecular weight of PEG.
